Mountaga Vince DIOP

Mr Mountaga Vince DIOP is the founder of BelCash and is the passionate leader of the group. As IT engineer, after having ben heading at a young age the computer department of the municipality of Dakar, he was at 26 years old an active member of the Senegalese National IT commission, supervised by the head of state. Vince started his career as an entrepreneur by implementing successfully in 1995, AlphaCad the first Senegalese IT company outsourcing its services to the French market. In 2000 Vince moved to Canada,  and strength his experience in distributing payment and VOIP services. Height years later, Vince migrated to the Netherland, country recognized for its innovative regulatory frame, and founded in partnership  “World Open Services”,  venture specialized in developing IT Solutions on a PaaS (Platform As A Service) model. 

In 2010 WOS dedicated itself to the African market, in partnership with its Ethiopians partners, WOS founded BCTS (BelCash Technology Solution PLC) and started implementing PaaS platforms under the brand “Hello”. In 2020 BCTS is recognized by the Ethiopian market as one of the leading Fintechs, more than 1.4 million Ethiopians have subscripted to “HelloCash” mobile money. Six financial institutions, in partnership with BCTS,  are providing the service; “HelloCash”  is now expanding its services to West Africa.

 BCTS diversified its portfolio of services by implementing the first eCommerce platform based on an Amazon model, in Ethiopia, more than 900 SMEs are today selling their goods via the platform. The service “HellOOmarket.com” is delivered all over Ethiopia and will soon be Global; its expansion starts through the Ethiopian Diaspora.

Last but not least in 2017, Vince founded in Ethiopia a venture independent of the BelCash Group under the name HelloSolar first Solar Home Based factory based on a pay as you go, model.

Vince is full time based between Addis and Dubai, and define himself has a Global Citizen with a Pan-African dream.
